A whole new 2016 Zumba class every Tuesday morning - especially for all the mums dropping the kids off at school who want to maximise their day. Look fabulous, feel fit, be gorgeous. It's fun, it's fantastic. You'll only be half-heartedly cleaning the house anyway, so you might as well be getting fit and gorgeous.

Missing Strictly Come Dancing? Like to keep fit? Come and learn some of the moves with Rhiannon (a founding member of the FitSteps training team working with Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite) at her classes at Kingsley Hall at 9.30am on Thursdays. You will learn genuine Ballroom and Latin steps that you see on Strictly in a 45min-1 hour fitness class to old classics & current pop chart hits. Classes are suitable for all ages (12+) and fitness levels.
